A personal mission,
born of care and zest for life

My name is Manouk Boeve, founder of Fly-in Nurse. As a college nurse with years of experience in diverse care areas - from dementia to intensive rehabilitation - I carry a deep passion for the profession. But just as strongly, I feel the desire for freedom, travel and living life to the fullest.

During my work, I too often saw people with dreams - a faraway trip, treatment abroad, a family weekend in Ibiza - held back by their care needs. Not because it was impossible, but because traditional healthcare systems are rigid. They don't move with you. They block.

"I believe that care does not have to be a barrier. In fact, care can be the key to freedom. At Fly-in Nurse, we create space for experience, connection and peace of mind. The need for flexibility became my inspiration.I myself live partly abroad and noticed there too how great the need is for flexible, reliable care on location. Parents who want to visit their children abroad. People who want to recover by the sea. Women who want to give birth safely outside the Netherlands. The same question everywhere: where can I find care that moves with me? Fly-in Nurse is my answer to that question.
